Bay Leaf refers to the aromatic leaves of Laurus nobilis. The dried leaves are used in cooking for their distinct flavor and fragrance. Fresh bay leaves are very mild and do not develop full flavor until several weeks after they are picked and dried. They are often used to flavor chicken broth, soups, and stews.

Our bay leaves are hand packed and of course are GLUTEN FREE, have NO MSG, NO SODIUM and NO SUGAR added.
